Short term therapeutic programs

Programs include three therapy sessions starting with a 45-minute phone call where we will discuss the reasons behind your motivation to reach our for support. Sessions two and three are designed around the information gathered in our initial phone call and will focus on skills, tools, practices, and small changes you can integrate into your life to improve your over all mental health wellness.

  • Have you been feeling anxious? Experiencing increased worry, racing thoughts, feelings of dread, negative thoughts, physical symptoms? Sort through these symptoms and gain management and freedom from your worry.

  • Have you experienced a loss? Maybe a recent loss or maybe one you have been carrying for awhile? Gain tools to navigate through the complexities of losing and lighten your load

  • Are you experiencing a life transition? Maybe your a young adult in the phase of life full of change, transitions, and unknowns. Maybe you’ve had a big change in your life. A move, marriage, divorce, birth of a child. Get support organizing your life to move through these transitions and open yourself to the new possibilities ahead
