  • The Connection: We start with an initial conversation where you can get a feel for my style. Most clients find that they feel comfortable and understood right from our first call.

  • Deep Listening & Empathy: You share your story, your goals, and what brought you here. While you speak, I am actively listening—both to the facts of your life and the emotional landscape behind them.

  • Pattern Spotting: Using my 20+ years of clinical training and real-world experience, I look for the underlying themes in your behavior. Together, we identify your natural strengths and the areas that need extra reinforcement.

  • Actionable Insights: I don’t just listen; I synthesize. I reflect what I hear back to you in ways that are digestible, practical, and meaningful. We translate insights into clear, actionable steps you can use in your daily life.

  • Building Your Blueprint: We’ll map out how your unique brain works and how you naturally engage with the world. By leaning into your inherent strengths, we can shore up the areas where you feel stuck, bringing your life into greater balance.

  • Results-Focused: I am a firm believer in the power of focused work. If you dedicate yourself to our partnership for a season (typically about three months), you will walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the momentum to move forward—even if you decide our work together has reached its natural conclusion.
